Dr Robert's New Single
Full Moon Fever
"Full Moon Fever" is the brand new single by Dr Robert,
aka Robert Howard, former leader of the 80s popsters The Blow Monkeys.
It's a re-recording of a track from his acclaimed current album "Flatlands"
and is on his own Fencat label via east central one.
"Full Moon Fever" is backed with the previously unreleased
Blow Monkey's track "I'm So Glad" as well as one of their biggest hits,
"Digging Your Scene".
The original version of "Full Moon Fever" is included
on "Flatlands", Robert's celebration of his Fenland upbringing. Time
Out described the album as "a rather fine new album of low-key, wind-blown,
pop-styled and homespun electric folk".
